Our cohorts promise exponential growth in your personal and professional life by addressing development from the inside out. This holistic approach runs congruently through your six-month cohort journey.
Each month, you'll meet with your coach in a 75-minute private session and a 75-minute group session. The time will be divided to address your internal and external needs. This dual focus ensures that the growth in your well-being and your pastoral capabilities are not disconnected but interlinked for real transformation and results.

All coaches are veteran pastors with decades of experience. They have been highly vetted and completely certified in the three-stage, nine-step process of The Authentic Pastor Journey. Unless the date of the cohort expressly indicates otherwise, Tim Eldred, founder of The Authentic Pastor, will be your coach.
What happens if I can't attend an online meeting?
We know that unexpected situations arise in pastoral ministry. If you cannot attend a scheduled meeting for some unfortunate reason, you will not miss the content and conversations. All sessions of your cohort are recorded and available to cohort members for viewing or review at any time.
What platform is used for online meetings?
The Authentic Pastor has its own safe and completely secure online meeting space built into a community feature on our website. The video meetings are much like Zoom or Google Meet and are easy to use. You will be able to access the portal from your private login.
Where will the two-day retreats take place?
The opening retreat typically takes place in Michigan at a spacious, lakefront luxury home; however, this is subject to change in order for you to have ample time to make travel arrangements. The closing retreat location will be determined by the consensus of the cohort members.

The Authentic Pastor Course is the foundation of your cohort experience. This three-stage, nine-step journey covers issues fundamental to your life and leadership. You are encouraged to watch the lessons on your own prior to monthly meetings. A recommended schedule will be provided. While the course is critical to our conversations and your personal growth, your personal and immediate needs receive priority and are addressed first and foremost.

Both options offer profound growth and the same stellar content. Choose Live if you thrive in close-knit settings and Virtual for a flexible, less time-consuming experience. Your budget matters, but the value remains consistent.
